If you, for any reason, would like to return your purchase, it needs to be done within 14 days of receipt. The returned product needs to be in its original packaging and unused. The return shipment needs to be administered and paid by you. If you want us to take care of the return, you need to contact us, and we will be happy to assist. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you.
After receipt, we will inspect the product, and if it meets all the requirements above, you will be credited in full.
Note returns are only approved for stocked items, not for bespoke products, customized products or any products which have been produced or altered or made especially for you. Returns of pillows, duvets, bedding products, like mattresses and mattress protectors, beds and cosmetic products, will not be authorized.
